最近，政府土地註冊處推出新服務："物業把關易"。登記成為用戶後，每當有涉及你的物業的文書被交付土地註冊處註冊(例如被釘契)，你便會收到電郵提示，讓你更安心。因此，假如你有物業長期空置、出租、或已遺失有關業權契約，你可考慮這個新服務。價錢並不昂貴，一次過永久登記只需$580。

Recently, the HKSAR Land Registry has launched a new service: “Property Alert”. Upon subscription, if any instrument purporting to sell or mortgage your property has been submitted to the Land Registry for registration, you will receive an email alert. It is especially worthy if you have any property that is vacant, leased out or you do not have the full title documents in your custody. The fee is reasonable, just HK$580 one-off for life time subscription.
